TTG connects firms in the United States in need of labour with young people in Ghana who have the necessary skills through their app. Providing jobs and a stable source of income for these young people, as well as assisting in the growth of these firms. TTG also takes these young people through rigorous and standardized training to make them job ready.

How does the app work?
The app is divided into two sections. The first section is for companies to join up and post openings or hunt for people with certain abilities, while the second section is for people with skills to sign up and browse the available opportunities, deciding which one best suit them and applying for it. TTG vets the businesses that join up to guarantee that the opportunities are authentic and confirms payments to ensure that employees are paid when the project is finished. The TTG App, on the other hand, keeps 10% of the money for each work done as a service charge.
