For Clients
After logging in, click on the "Create New Project" button. Fill out the project details, including the budget and duration, and submit it for freelancers to bid on.
Once freelancers bid on your project, you can review their profiles, work history, and ratings to select the best candidate for your needs.
Payments are made through our secure payment gateway. You can set up milestone payments, which will be released to the freelancer upon the completion of each milestone.
You can communicate with the freelancer through our messaging system to address any issues. If the problem persists, you can contact our support team to mediate the situation.
For Freelancers
After signing up as a freelancer, you can create your profile by adding details about your skills, experience, and portfolio.
Yes, during the sign-up process, you will need to upload documents such as your ID and certificates for verification by our super admin.
Browse available projects on the “Find Projects” tab, and if you find one that matches your skills, click on it and submit your bid with a proposal.
Payments are released based on the milestone system. Once you complete a milestone and the client approves it, the payment for that milestone will be released to you.
If a client disputes a payment, our support team will review the case and mediate to find a resolution.
