In this Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
“Client” means the person, firm or corporate body, to which the staffing services of TTG are supplied or introduced.
“Company” (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement means TTG Business Solutions.
“Content” means job postings, gigs, offers, qualifications or skills, vacancies, or other forms of content put on or through our platform.
“Freelancer” means the person who provides freelance services to the Client as supplied by TTG.
“User” means Client, Freelancer, or any party that accesses and uses the services and websites of the Company.
“You” means the individual, firm, or corporate entity accessing or using our service, or a legal entity on behalf of which such individual is using our service, as applicable.
“Website” means the Website operated by TTG and available https://ttgstaff.com/ , and any related mobile web, any iOS App, and any Android App.
By accessing the Company, We reserve the right, at Our discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to You. What constitutes a material change will be subject to Our discretion.
The Company is an online venue where Users buy and sell Content. Clients and Freelancers must register for an Account in order to buy or sell Content. The Website enables Users to work together online to complete and pay for Projects, buy and sell items, and to use the services that we provide. We are not a party to any contractual agreements between Users in the online venue, we merely facilitate connections between the parties.
Before using the Website, you must read the whole Terms of Service, the website policies, and all related information.
You must read and accept all terms in, and related to this Terms of Service, the TTG Privacy Policy, and all website policies. By accepting these Terms of Service as you access our Website, you agree that these Terms of Service will apply whenever you use the Website, or when you use the tools we make available to interact with the Website.
To use TTG, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials that You use to access the service and for any actions under your Password. You agree not to disclose Your Password to any third party. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to Your account.
To use the services of TTG, information including experience, name, and qualifications may be required. As a User, you warrant that you are providing accurate information that is complete and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, and this may result in a termination of Your account on Our service.

All User accounts are associated with individuals. Login credentials should not be shared by Users with others. The individual associated with the account will be held responsible for all actions taken by the account, without limitation. Users may provide a business name or a company name, which is associated with the User's Account.
Users acknowledge and agree that where a business name or company name is associated with their Account, this Terms of Service is a contract with the User as an individual (not the business or company), and Users remain solely responsible for all activity undertaken in respect of their Account.
We may, at our absolute discretion, refuse to register any person or entity as a User. You cannot transfer or assign any rights or obligations you have under this agreement without prior written consent.
Upon the Client awarding a Project or Contest to the Freelancer, and the Freelancer's acceptance of the Website, the Client and the Freelancer will be deemed to have entered into a User Contract under which the Client agrees to purchase, and the Freelancer agrees to deliver their services. You agree not to enter into any contractual provisions in conflict with the Terms of Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with your obligations to other Users. If you do not, you may become liable to that User. You must ensure that you are aware of any domestic laws (including common law), international laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations relevant to you as a Client and a Freelancer, or in any other uses you make of the Website.

Each User acknowledges and agrees that the relationship between Client and Freelancer is that of an independent contractor. Nothing in this Terms of Service creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between Users. Nothing in this Terms of Service shall in any way be construed as forming a joint venture, partnership, or an employer-employee relationship between TTG and any User.
Notwithstanding damages You may incur, Our liability under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the use of Our service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, We are not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use Our service, website, or software.
While using the Website, you will not attempt to or otherwise do any of the following:
Content Restrictions: Content posted on TTG must adhere to our guidelines. We may remove or restrict content that violates these guidelines to maintain a safe and professional environment.
Payment Process: Payments on TTG are processed securely through our platform. We charge a service fee of 20% of all earnings from completed transactions.
Minimum Deposit: Clients are required to make an initial deposit of a minimum of $10 to fund their TTG account.
Withdrawals: Freelancers can withdraw their earnings to their preferred payment method. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the chosen payment method.
Payment Methods
TTG supports MTN Momo as a payment method, along with PayStack for our services. For further details, please refer to our platform for accepted payment methods and associated fees.
Payment Escrow
To ensure a secure transaction process, funds are held in escrow when a Client hires a Freelancer. This safeguards payments until the project is successfully completed and signed off by both the Client and the Freelancer.
Payment Release
Upon successful project completion, payments are released to Freelancers, minus the applicable 20% service fee. Payment for creatives is released 15 days after the completion of a project and 60 days for Technical IT services. Payments made after the number of days have elapsed cannot be refunded to Clients. Any disputes or disagreements shall be solved within the number of days given
In the event of disputes, We offer a resolution process designed to facilitate fair agreements between Freelancers and Clients. This may involve negotiation, mediation, or arbitration as needed.
This service and its original content (excluding content provided by the User), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TTG and its licensors.
Freelancers retain ownership of the work they create unless otherwise agreed upon with the Client. TTG respects intellectual property rights.
Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content of such third-party websites or services.
We strongly advise You to read the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party websites that You visit
TTG may request identity verification from users to enhance trust and security on our platform.
Our feedback and review system encourages transparency and accountability. We strongly encourage users to provide honest and constructive feedback after project completion.
Data Handling: TTG places the utmost importance on data security. Your information is handled, stored, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Security
To safeguard your account, use strong passwords and consider enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced security
Tax Obligations: Users are responsible for complying with their respective tax obligations related to income earned through TTG
Compliance with Laws: Users agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations when using TTG.
To maintain a secure and accountable environment, all communication between Clients and Freelancers must occur exclusively within the TTG platform. Please refrain from engaging in communication outside of the app
We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if You breach this Terms of Service.
Upon termination, Your right to use the services will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your account, you may simply discontinue using Our service.
